Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from It's Tiff Designs. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We now offer free shipping on orders over $20 within Canada, untracked and free shipping on orders over $50 for USA tracked/expedited. We are still expanding our shipping reach, so if you don’t see your country in our shipping profiles? Shoot us a message with your address and we will give you a free shipping quote!

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Custom Orders

We love creating custom pieces! Custom orders may require a deposit of 50% of the total cost. The deposit is due once the custom order is finalized. If you have a special request or would like a personalized item, please reach out to us. Custom orders may also require additional processing time and are final sale.
